Description
NASCO INSTRU-MILK is a milky-white emulsion specially formulated for the post-cleaning care of surgical and medical instruments. It provides a protective lubricating layer that prevents rust, stains, and corrosion while maintaining smooth function of hinged and moving parts. Unlike oils, its water-based emulsion allows full steam or gas sterilant penetration, ensuring instruments remain sterile, functional, and long-lasting.
Directions for Use

Dilution: Mix 1 part INSTRU-MILK with 9 parts water (10% solution).

Immersion: Place thoroughly cleaned and rinsed instruments in the solution.

Soaking: Leave instruments immersed for 30 seconds – 1 minute.

Drying: Remove and allow to air dry. Do not rinse again before sterilization.

Sterilization: Proceed with steam autoclaving or gas sterilization.
